A Note to Parents from the Directors
Some Wildcat Marching Band students are coming to school/rehearsal without water bottles.
This is a safety concern as we do not always have the ways and means to bring water to rehearsal.
Please double check with your student to make sure they are always bringing a large water bottle to rehearsal.
Please check the calendar for information on the numerous events happening this month.
The Duluth High School Bands program, under direction of Mr. Nathan Groves, Director of Bands, and Mr. Robert Myles, Assistant Director, is comprised of the following performing ensembles:
Concert Bands (Concert Band, Symphonic Band, Symphonic Winds)
The Wildcat Marching Band & Color Guard
Basketball Pep Band
Each group serves as “goodwill ambassadors” for the high school, competing for honors in local, regional, and state level competitions; and providing musical performances for local organizations and sponsors. For more information about organizing a performance for your next organizational or corporate event, please contact the Fundraising group of the Band Boosters Association.
